We offer many shipping options to best suit your needs. FREE SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES! Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours pending credit card approval during normal business hours Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Easter time. Orders placed outside of our normal business hours or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Once your order has been processed and your payment has been received your order will be shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the delivery method that you selected. Shipping charges and fees are based on weight, location, and type of delivery service. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped we will send you a confirmation email with the shipping and tracking information.

USPS Standard Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days
UPS Home Delivery/Ground: 3-5 business days
UPS 2 Day: 2 business days
UPS Standard Overnight: 1 business day
International Orders: Delivery Times May Vary

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. The original sales receipt must accompany returns as well as the reason for returning the item. Please email contact@thepetpetshop in order to initiate your return. We will provide you with detailed instructions as to how to proceed with returning your item including a return authorization number. Items may not be returned without prior approval or without a return authorization number.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it and do not include shipping fees. Again you must contact us within 30 days if you intend to return any item back to us. Items returned to us after 30 days and without contacting us will not be refunded.
